John L. Dixon

John Dixon (retired) spent the majority of his career in various executive roles for broker-dealer companies controlled or wholly-owned by Pacific Life. He is a past director of the Financial Planning Association, the International Association for Financial Planning, the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, and the National Endowment for Financial Education, and also served in various volunteer capacities with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Dixon is an active member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Carmen M. Bowser

Carmen Bowser has been active in the commercial real estate arena for more than 30 years, working for institutional lenders, banks, and other capital providers. Ms. Bowser currently serves as a Managing Member of Eastpointe Consultants, LLC, a commercial real estate advisory firm. She retired in 2015 as managing vice president at Capital One Bank in New York, where she oversaw underwriting and asset management activities for the bank's $30 billion commercial real estate debt portfolio. She previously held senior positions at Prudential, TIAA-CREF, and Arbor National Commercial Mortgage Company. Ms. Bowser serves as a director for 42nd Street Development Corporation and is a member of WX, Inc.; the Urban Land Institute; and the Real Estate Lenders Association, and she is a past chair of the Finance Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Charles Brown

Charlie Brown is Chairman of CRB Realty Associates, a private real estate consulting firm, and was instrumental in the planning and development of several significant multi-use and office park projects in Atlanta, including Atlantic Station, Technology Park/Atlanta, John's Creek, Lenox Park, and Atlanta Center. He has previously served in executive or board capacities for the Georgia Governor's Development Council, the Georgia Tech Foundation, the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education, and the Gwinnett County and Georgia Chambers of Commerce.

Richard Carpenter

Dick Carpenter is a managing partner of Carpenter Properties, L.P., a real estate limited partnership, and Chairman of the Board of MidCountry Financial Corporation. Mr. Carpenter retired as President and director of Commonwealth Oil Refining Company, Inc. and Realmark Holdings in 2001 and spent the majority of his career in commercial finance. He is a past director of First Liberty Financial Corp.; Liberty Savings Bank, F.S.B.; Southmark Properties, an Atlanta-based REIT; and the American Bankers Association Housing and Real Estate Finance Division.

David B. Henry

David Henry is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Peaceable Street Capital, a private specialty finance platform. Mr. Henry retired from Kimco Realty Corporation in December 2015, having served as its chief executive officer since 2009, as president from 2008 to 2014, and as vice chairman of the Board of Directors since 2001, when he joined the company as chief investment officer. Prior to Kimco, Mr. Henry spent the majority of his career with G.E. Capital Real Estate, culminating with a five-year stint as senior vice president and chief investment officer. He also served as chairman of G.E. Capital Investment Advisors. Mr. Henry is a former trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers and former vice-chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. He also serves on the boards of HCP, VEREIT, and Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, as well as on the real estate advisory boards of several institutions.

Murray J. McCabe

Murray McCabe is a Managing Partner and Management Committee member at Blum Capital Partners, L.P. and Montgomery Street Partners, L.P., both investment firms. Mr. McCabe serves as lead director of RREEF Property Trust, Inc., and as an executive council member of the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center. He also serves on real estate-related advisory boards for the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at the University of California at Berkeley, the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas – Austin, and, formerly, JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he held several positions in the Investment Banking Division during his 20-year tenure.

E. Nelson Mills

Nelson Mills serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Property Trust and has nearly 30 years' experience in the real estate investment and financial services industries. He is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of Williams Realty Advisors, a real estate investment fund manager, and the former Chief Financial Officer of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments (U.S.)., one of the world's largest institutional investment managers specializing in the acquisition and management of commercial real estate.

Mike Robb

Mike Robb (retired) spent the majority of his career leading the Real Estate Division of Pacific Life and was a member of Pacific Life's Management Investment and Corporate Management Committees. He serves on boards for the real estate studies centers of the University of California at Irvine and Berkeley; the University of San Diego; and the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Mr. Robb also is a director of Morguard Corporation, a Canadian real estate company, and of the Life Mortgage and Real Estate Officers Council, and is a founding member of the Chartered Realty Investor Society and the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association.

George W. Sands

George Sands (retired) spent a 36-year career with KPMG LLP and its predecessor firms, holding several leadership positions and serving multi-national client companies. He also served on KPMG's National Audit Leadership Team and Foundation Board of Directors. Mr. Sands serves on the Advisory Board of The Atlanta Alliance on Developmental Disabilities and is a past director of CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc., The Atlanta Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce; a past member of the School of Accounting Advisory Council at the University of Georgia; and a former U.S. Army officer.

Thomas G. Wattles

Tom Wattles is Chairman Emeritus and a co-founder of DCT Industrial Trust Inc., an industrial property real estate investment trust (REIT). He has been a principal or Chief Investment Officer of several other real estate investment firms and REITs, including industrial REIT ProLogis, as well as Security Capital Group and Black Creek Group. Mr. Wattles is also a director of Regency Centers Corporation, a REIT focused on grocery-anchored retail centers.
