Columbia Property Trust Sells Suburban Boston Property for $47 Million

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE:CXP) announced that it has completed the sale of its 250,813-square-foot Class-A office property at 9 Technology Drive in Westborough, Massachusetts, for a gross purchase price of $47,000,000.
