CORRECTING and REPLACING Columbia Property Trust Announces Tax Treatment of 2016 Distributions

ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- In the release dated January 27, 2017, in the table, the numbers that were supposed to have been added to the Total Ordinary Dividend column were added instead to the Total Distribution Per Share column and mistakenly replaced the information that should have appeared there.

The corrected release reads:

COLUMBIA PROPERTY TRUST ANNOUNCES TAX TREATMENT OF 2016 DISTRIBUTIONS

Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CXP) announced the tax treatment of its 2016 distributions. The company’s total distributions per share of common stock (CUSIP # 198287 203) are to be classified as described below. Shareholders are encouraged to consult with their tax advisor as to the specific treatment of distributions.
