Columbia Property Trust Earns 2022 GRESB 5 Star Rating

Columbia ranks first in its peer group for participation in the 2022 GRESB Real Estate Benchmark Assessment

Columbia Property Trust, Inc. today announced that it has earned a 5 Star rating for its performance in the 2022 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), which is the highest rating offered by GRESB for distinguished Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) leadership and performance. Columbia also achieved the highest overall GRESB score among its 11-company non-public peer group.

Each year, GRESB assesses and benchmarks the ESG performance of assets worldwide, and this year its ESG Assessments covered more than USD 8.6 trillion of assets under management. The GRESB 5 Star rating recognizes Columbia for achieving a score among the highest 20% of all 1,820 participants’ scores in the 2022 Real Estate Assessment worldwide. For 2022, Columbia also earned a GRESB Green Star Ranking for the third consecutive year.
