Columbia Property Trust Declares Second Quarter Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CXP) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share, or $0.84 per share on an annualized basis, for the second quarter of 2020. The dividend will be paid on June 16, 2020, to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2020.
